Return & Refund Policy
30-day return window
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Obtain return authorization and the return address before sending the item.
Ordinary return conditions
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition, free from stains or odors, with original packaging and any supplied tags retained. These ordinary conditions do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.
Return address
Authorized returns are sent to eetheriik, 7 Rue Chojnice, 14400 Bayeux, France. This is an international return address for U.S. customers. Contact us first for authorization and instructions.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping costs for our mistakes, damaged items, defects or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to our address in France. There is no restocking fee. Contact support before arranging a return so the appropriate shipping instructions can be provided.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. Please contact [email protected] for help with a return or refund.
