Each product has a XS–XXL garment size guide in centimeters. Compare the chest, shoulder, sleeve and length measurements with a similar garment you own. The silhouettes are relaxed.

The teddy shell and lining are polyester. Dusk Nest also has polyester-elastane ribbing. Check each product page for its full material and care instructions.

We ship free to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days. Total delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days. The cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed GMT−06:00 CST; orders after cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing next business day. Arrival is not guaranteed.

Contact support within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging with supplied tags. Obtain authorization first.

We pay for return shipping for defects, damage, incorrect items or our errors. You pay for change-of-mind returns to our authorized address in France. There is no restocking fee.

Once approved, refunds are automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 days.

Submit payment through checkout using the available payment service. Order acceptance is communicated through an order confirmation based on the confirmed order status. Contact support if you need help with a purchase.

Follow the product-specific care instructions. Zippers, snaps and buttons should be closed; removable belts should be washed separately. Air dry and do not iron the fleece.
